Experience
Richard G. Wohlgenant is of counsel to the firm in the Denver office. He has practiced with the firm since 1957. He concentrates his practice in general business law with an emphasis on real estate and banking.
Mr. Wohlgenant's banking practice has included representation of numerous financial institutions in traditional loan work and in financial restructurings, foreclosures and recovery activities for troubled loans in Colorado. He also has represented real estate borrowers in complex loans from lending banks, insurance companies, savings and loan associations, pension plans and other financial institutions.
Mr. Wohlgenant has published articles on real estate topics in legal journals and speaks on real-estate-related topics. He is currently listed in The Best Lawyers in America for Colorado for both corporate and real estate work and in Who's Who in America.
