Lourdes Lizardi was born in Mexico City in 1960. She earned an undergraduate degree, with honors, at the Escuela de Administracion de Instituciones in 1985.
Ms. Lizardi is a professor of gastronomy and etiquette at the Escuela de Administración de Instituciones, La Cuisine retail establishments, and the Estudios de Administración Aplicada, a school dedicated to the promotion and training of home management and service quality.
Ms. Lizardi has assisted in the production of 15 editions of Mujer Nueva, produced by Editorial Notitas Musicales, SA de CV, in the section entitled Menú Mensual y Etiqueta en la Mesa. She currently serves as a member of the board of the Cordillera Foundation, headquartered in Denver, Colorado in the United States.
